    We are confident that high efficiency of the company's activity shall be based on obligatory compliance with service quality, security and health protection requirements as well as with social responsibility and environmental protection. We are managing our activity in a way to fully correspond to these requirements. Consequently, we keep our focus on maintaining the high level of service quality as well as on developing technological and management processes to enhance the efficiency of services rendered.


    Our Corporate Quality Policy


    We are committed to fully comply with the customers' requirements to service quality, cost and time. The principal priority of our activity is the high level of customer satisfaction. All works carried out by our company are thoroughly planned. We always finalize these plans with our customers and subcontractors to enhance the efficiency and avoid any obstruction. This is achieved by clear and unequivocal identification of specific customer's requirements to a project prior to commencing operations, quality control at each project stage, quality assurance and regular feedback from our customers. Due to this approach, communication between our employees and customer's representatives within the framework of operational activities is structured and regulated. Our company's quality systems are certified to GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008) and GOST R ISO 14001-2007 (ISO 14001:2004).

    Our employees are regularly trained under special programs, e.g. SeisSpace, HUET, Solas. The ongoing training and continuous improvement of processes are the key to the successful development of the company.


    Health and Security


    It is evident that employees' activity involves certain inherent risks. This goes especially with those employees who are engaged in field expeditions. Therefore health and security of our employees are the company's priority. All employees have completed necessary training programs and are certified to GOST 12.0.230-2007 (OHSAS 18001:2007). So, everyone knows what to do to avoid injuries and other accidents. The company provides its employees with special insurance programs. Those who are deputed to locations with unusual climatic conditions (Extreme North, tropics) undergo medical examination and receive vaccination, if required. In addition, the company provides regular Special Assessment of Working Conditions to prove its responsible approach to employees' health and security. As a result, over the history of its existence the company has never faced any injuries or accidents.  


    Social Responsibility


    The management team and employees are responsible for implementing the corporative policy of social responsibility in everyday activity. We closely collaborate with professional communities and are happy to share the acquired knowledge and skills. When working abroad we respect the local culture and do not break local traditions. We maintain a very good working relationship with the communities in which we work.




    Our employees firmly believe that our activity may be successful only if it is not damaging to the environment. Out specialists engaged in some ecologically-sensitive regions such as Arctic pay special attention to minimize influence on the environment.
