  • July 2009: Foundation of Seismo-Shelf Ltd.

  • December 2009: Purchase of shares in the major portfolio investor Allianz ROSNO Asset Management (trustee of New Technologies Closed-End Fund of Especially Risky (Venture) Investments).

  • 2010: Development of the Dina ocean bottom station.

  • May 2010: The first international project for the University of Bergen (Norway).

  • May 2010: Project for Gazpromneft NTZ (Development of Seismological Model of the Kara Sea).

  • 2012: Development of the Turtle ocean bottom station.

  • 2012: Development of the Dense Seismic on the Seafloor ℠ - DenSoS ℠ technology for plotting a seamless seismic section on the border of land and adjacent shelf areas.

  • March 2012: The first contract with Lukoil (rendering services on supervising 2D seismic surveys at North License Block).

  • May 2012: Seismic surveys in the Republic of India (seismic data acquisition and processing).

  • 2013: 2D field seismic survey operations for continuous tracking of the land and sea areas and integrated interpretation of seismic, gravity and magnetic survey data within the transit zone of the Timan-Pechora province.

  • January 2013: Purchase of shares in Leader Company (trustee of Leader-Innovations Closed-End Fund of Especially Risky (Venture) Investments).

  • August 2013: Participation in the project for the Federal Subsoil Resources Management Agency on developing the electronic atlas of wave fields of typical geological consolidated crust models.

  • July 2015: The first contract with Rosneft Oil Company (rendering QC, QA and HSE (supervising) services for 2D seismic survey and associated geologic exploration at North Kara License Block).
